Insurance & Billing
In North Carolina, many insurance plans (including most private plans under the ACA) cover or reimburse lactation services from a credentialed IBCLC. Coverage rules vary by plan, and you may need to submit a superbill for reimbursement. I will complete the superbill on your behalf, and reimbursements typically take 2–4 weeks after each visit.

Sliding Scale Option
Although we do not accept Medicaid at this time, we believe every family deserves access to skilled lactation care. Sliding scale pricing is available for families who are enrolled in Medicaid or meet Medicaid income eligibility requirements. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss an option that feels supportive and sustainable for your family.
